How we started

In 2019 two of our founders were running a small cultivation site in Northern California and could not find a straightforward way to get consistent, properly documented product to partners in Europe. What existed was either untested, badly shipped, or impossible to square with the rules of any given country.

They started working with a group of logistics people in Rotterdam who had spent years moving temperature-sensitive goods across the continent. The company that came out of those conversations is the one you are reading about now: growers who understand plants, alongside people who understand borders.

How we choose growers

We buy from a short list of cultivators we have visited, most of them small operations that harvest a few times a year rather than continuously. Before a first order we look at how they feed, how they dry and finish, how they handle pest pressure, and what their own testing history looks like over several harvests.

A grower stays on the list only while batches keep matching what the paperwork says. When a harvest comes back outside the range we expected, we do not list it, and we tell the grower exactly why. That is why an item you liked is sometimes out of stock rather than quietly replaced with something else.

Every batch tested by an outside lab

Nothing reaches the storefront without a certificate of analysis from a laboratory we do not own and do not pay per result. Each batch is screened for cannabinoid and terpene content, pesticides, residual solvents, heavy metals and microbes, and the full report is published against the batch code printed on your package.

We publish the numbers as they come back, including the ones that are less flattering than the last harvest. If a report and a package do not line up, we would rather hear about it than have you guess, so every product page carries a link to the report and a way to reach us.

Packed plainly, shipped carefully

Orders leave our Rotterdam fulfilment centre in plain, opaque outer packaging with a neutral sender name, no branding and no product detail on the label. Inside, goods sit in odour-barrier bags and child-resistant containers, cushioned so glass and cartridges survive an ordinary parcel network.

We pick before 14:00 on working days, hand over to carriers the same afternoon, and send a tracking link the moment the first scan lands. If something goes wrong in transit, we would rather replace it quickly than argue about who is at fault while you wait.

Thirteen markets, one standard

Each market we serve has its own rules on cannabinoid content, formats, labelling and advertising, so every storefront shows only what we are able to ship to that address. The minimum age is 21 everywhere, including markets where a lower age would be allowed, and we verify it before an order leaves the building.

We do not give legal advice or make claims about a product's status in a named country; what we can do is set out the framework we work within on the compliance page and stay inside it. Our support team answers in seven languages, reads the same lab reports you do, and will tell you when the honest answer is that we cannot ship something to you.

Tested before it is listed

No batch goes on sale without a certificate of analysis from an independent laboratory. We publish the report against the batch code on your package, exactly as it came back.

Plain outer packaging, a neutral sender name and no prices inside the box, on every order rather than as an extra. What you buy is nobody's business but yours.

Compliance before growth

We would rather show a shorter assortment than list something we cannot ship to your address. Minimum age is 21 in every market, and each storefront follows the rules of the country it serves.

Answers in your language

Support is staffed in seven languages by people who read the same lab reports you do. If we cannot help with something, we say so plainly instead of sending you in circles.
