Full documentation with every case

Each delivery arrives with the third-party certificate of analysis, batch codes, packing list and commercial invoice in one file. It is built to drop straight into your compliance folder or hand to an inspector.

Per-country compliance support

We only offer you lines we can lawfully ship to your address, with labelling prepared for the market you sell in. Where a product cannot go to your country, we say so before you plan a range around it.

Supply you can plan around

Partner accounts see live stock levels, harvest calendars and reorder points for the lines they carry. Allocation on scarce batches goes by order history rather than by whoever refreshes the page first.

Logistics handled end to end

Parcel or pallet from Rotterdam, with customs paperwork prepared in advance for destinations outside the customs union. Deliveries are booked into a slot you choose, so stock does not arrive while your shop is closed.

A named contact, not a queue

Every partner gets one account manager who works in your language and knows your shelf, plus a direct line for anything urgent. Training notes and product sheets for your staff come with each new line you take on.

How to order

Send us your company details

Fill in the wholesale form with your trading name, registration details, VAT number where applicable and the market you sell in. One form is enough to start the conversation.

We check and confirm what we can ship

Within two working days we verify your documents and send back the assortment available for your country, with labelling notes and any lines we cannot supply there. Nothing is charged at this stage.

Pick a tier and place a first order

Choose the tier that matches the volume you are comfortable with; you can move up later without renegotiating. First orders are paid by bank transfer, and payment terms open up from the second order onwards.

Delivery, restock and a quarterly review

Stock leaves Rotterdam into a delivery slot you choose, with documentation in the box and tracking by email. Every quarter your account manager reviews what sold, what sat still and whether a different tier now fits better.
